The Perot Museum of Nature and Science has 5 floors and multiple exhibits ranging from ancient fossils, dinosaurs, gems, minerals, and anatomy to space, forms of energy, engineering, and innovation. I am part of a collective of teen students committed to engaging visitors with interactive exhibits and scientific demonstrations.

I worked alongside the Exhibit Educators in each of the fascinating exhibit halls and in more hands on areas such as the Bio or Challenge Labs.

Combined with entertainment and knowledge, I engaged guests in an array of science fields ranging from paleontology, astronomy, earth sciences, biology, engineering, and more.

The Tamil language is an ancient South Indian Language with a long history, rich literature, and comprehensive grammar. As a Teacher Aide, I taught children from Preschool to 5^th grade on a rotation basis how to read, write, and speak Tamil while supervising them.

The curriculum is from preschool to 8^th grade and goes beyond regular reading and writing. It delves into the complex language syllabus for Tamil literature including Thiru Kural, specialized grammar rules, and more. I understand the level of hard work required by the kids and encourage them to learn in interesting way.  

I assist by correcting homework of students of class sizes of around 20, providing an interactive learning experience for students, and supporting teachers with general tasks.

I’m currently in my 4th year of technical theatre.

I constructed courtroom benches for Legally Blonde and the trapdoor, hidden actor compartment, and barber chair for Sweeney Todd.

I pitched marketing ideas for Moby Dick and made prop lists for both Shrek and Sweeney Todd

I painted the floor and walls for Puffs, signs for Shrek, the salon in Legally Blonde, and backdrops for Frozen, The Lion King, and Hadestown.

I worked briefly on both lighting and sound for all musicals put on by the theatre department since the 2022 -2023 school year.

Notably, I organized both the props and costumes closets within one week directly after our showings of Legally Blonde ended and did the same once more after Sweeney Todd.
